1. Who we are and what these terms cover

1.1 This website, stewark.com and its subdomains (the "Website"), is operated by R2E2 AB, trading as Stewark, org. nr 559548-5201, c/o Mathias Eriksson, Kungshöjdsgatan 11 b, 411 20 Göteborg, Sweden ("Stewark", "we", "us"). Contact: legal@stewark.com.

1.2 These Website Terms and Conditions (the "Website Terms") govern your access to and use of the Website. By using the Website you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Website.

1.3 The Website Terms do not govern use of the Stewark platform. Access to the platform is governed by the Terms and Conditions agreed with the customer organisation and, for personal data, the Data Processing Agreement. Where the platform terms and these Website Terms overlap, the platform terms prevail for the platform.

2. Purpose of the Website

2.1 The Website presents information about Stewark, its services and its views on corporate governance and stewardship. It is directed at professional institutional investors and their service providers. It is not directed at consumers.

2.2 Nothing on the Website is an offer. A contract with Stewark comes into existence only when an order form or pricing proposal is signed or accepted in writing.

2.3 Content on the Website, including articles in the Journal, is general information. It is not investment, legal, tax or voting advice and must not be relied on as such. Voting and investment decisions remain yours.

3. Permitted use

3.1 You may view the Website and print or download extracts for your own internal, non-commercial information purposes, keeping all copyright and proprietary notices intact.

3.2 You must not:

• use the Website in a way that is unlawful, or that damages, disables or impairs it;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, the servers on which it is hosted or any connected system;
• use automated means (scrapers, crawlers, bots) to extract content or data from the Website, other than search engine indexing of publicly available pages;
• submit forms with false information, on behalf of someone who has not authorised you, or for purposes other than a genuine enquiry about Stewark's services;
• reproduce, republish, frame or redistribute Website content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

4. Request Demo form

4.1 When you submit the "Request Demo" form, we ask for your first name, last name, business email address, company, an indication of the number of meetings per year, and a message. We use this information to respond to your enquiry, assess whether Stewark's services fit your organisation and arrange a demonstration. Details of this processing, your rights and the retention period are set out in our Privacy Policy, which you confirm you have read when you tick the consent box.

4.2 The form is intended for business enquiries from organisations. Please use a business email address and do not include personal data about third parties beyond what is needed for the enquiry.

4.3 Submitting the form does not oblige Stewark to provide a demonstration or to enter into a contract. We may decline enquiries at our discretion.

4.4 The form is protected against automated abuse by a bot-detection service, which processes technical data about your connection. Form submissions are received through our website hosting provider. Both act as our processors; see the Privacy Policy.

5. Cookies and analytics

5.1 The Website does not set cookies.

5.2 We measure Website usage with a privacy-focused analytics service that does not use cookies, does not track you across websites and does not identify individual visitors. Aggregated statistics (pages viewed, referrer, country, device type) are used to improve the Website.

5.3 If we introduce cookies or other tracking technologies in future, we will update these Website Terms and the Privacy Policy and, where required, ask for your consent first.

6. Intellectual property

6.1 The Website and its content, including text, graphics, logos, design, software and the Stewark name and marks, are owned by Stewark or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 Nothing in these Website Terms grants you any right to use the Stewark name, logo or marks.

6.3 Where the Website refers to third-party companies, products or trademarks, this is for identification only and implies no endorsement or affiliation.

7. Third-party links and embedded services

7.1 The Website may contain links to websites operated by third parties, for example our LinkedIn page. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. Following a link is at your own risk.

7.2 Scripts and fonts used to render the Website may be loaded from third-party content delivery networks, which receive your IP address in order to deliver the file. See the Privacy Policy.

8. Availability and changes

8.1 We aim to keep the Website available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may change, suspend or withdraw the Website or any part of it at any time without notice.

8.2 We may update the Website content and these Website Terms at any time. The version published on the Website at the time of your visit applies. The date of the current version is shown at the end of this document.

9. Disclaimer and liability

9.1 The Website and its content are provided "as is". We make reasonable efforts to keep the content accurate and current but give no warranty, express or implied, as to its accuracy, completeness or fitness for any purpose.

9.2 To the extent permitted by law, Stewark is not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of or reliance on the Website or its content, from inability to access the Website, or from any website linked from it. This includes indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of data and loss of business.

9.3 Nothing in these Website Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

10. Personal data

Our processing of personal data in connection with the Website, including the Request Demo form, is described in our Privacy Policy. Requests concerning personal data can be sent to privacy@stewark.com.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Website Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes arising from these Website Terms or from use of the Website shall be settled by the Swedish courts, with Göteborgs tingsrätt as court of first instance, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
